Producing: Research, Booking, Interviewing
Throughout my time at the journalism school, I realized my fondness for editing and project managing. I decided that a good use of my skills would be to produce Intersection, a talk show at KBIA that looks at problems facing mid-Missourians. This show brings together exports on a topic or in a field who are not already talking about the issue together. Through Intersection, I have learned a great deal about booking, producing, time management and how to tie together all of my skills that I have acquired at Mizzou.
For Intersection, I researched possible topics, pre-interviewed and booked guests for the live show, screened phone calls during the show and managed various social media accounts.

Live Forums
Intersection was host to two live public forums addressing modern questions. Besides our panel of guests, we wanted to hear from the public what they believed. For these forums, I moderated chat rooms, live tweeted the event and created flyers to advertise these amazing events.
